Prenatal Classes
Birthing From Within prenatal classes are both informative & transformative—meeting the needs of your Heart and Mind in preparation for birth and parenthood.
We host our classes at the historic Yoga Together studio in Fernwood and at Western Community Midwives in View Royal. Each class offers you a unique balance between practical information and creative approaches to childbirth preparation. Our small group classes ensure a personal approach.

Private Prenatal Class
Register Online by clicking on the link to the left of the class you want to join. The core cost for our full weekend prenatal class is $200, and we offer a sliding scale of $150 - $225. We trust you to find the right price for your family in exchange for the excellent support & learning you will receive. If you are able to pay in the higher range of the scale, you are helping us to support lower-income families and single mothers in our classes. If you have any questions, please contact Sarah.
