"Sarah was awesome and so well informed. I could really see all the different aspects of her experience she was bringing into the workshop. She was calm, respectful, fun and confident. I really could see her optimism as well, as she has worked in the health care system - she was straight forward about it but didn't fall into the negative talk or pessimism which made me realize that it doesn't have to be that way."
